Today’s topic is satellite dishes. Guess what? Blind rivets are used here, too!
Since these equipments remain constantly outdoors, they are subjected to the most varied meteorological conditions. The solution then could be nothing but a customized blind rivet.

Producing satellite dishes takes the use of blind rivets that can resist to all weather conditions: humidity, rain, hail, ice, and last but not least the stresses due to wind gusts.
We developped customized blind rivets, designed specifically for this type of application:
– Stainless Steel mandrel, for rust and corrosion resistance
– Aluminum rivet body, with high Magnesium content, for higher mechanical strength and resistance to wind gusts
– Large head, for a wider support surface.
Putting together the best features of several standard rivet types, we managed to create customized stainless steel blind rivets suitable for the application required.
As further customization, we supply also coloured rivets, in standard RAL or starting from your sample.
